Develop and implement
a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Regenesys' brand voice, mission, and growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire
the social media team, including content creators, video editors, designers, and community managers.
Build and manage a
strategic content and publishing calendar
for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube and scale up gradually to other new platforms as well.
Define long-term goals, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators within YouTube's search engine. Manage channel content, including live-stream events, digital media assets, social media marketing campaigns, and owned/earned/paid media.
ORM - Contribute to the brand's excellent online reputation by regularly reviewing information about our products and services from different outlets, including search engines, social media and communities, blogs, and forums.
Design frameworks based on
cultural insights, audience psychology, and consumer behaviour
to create impactful and relevant storytelling.
Collaborate with
creative, production, and cross-functional marketing teams
to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless execution.
Identify and capitalize on
growth opportunities
across emerging platforms, new content formats, and niche audience segments.
Define, track, and optimize
key performance indicators (KPIs)
to measure impact, engagement, and campaign ROI.
Oversee the creation of
engaging, platform-appropriate content
-- including posts, reels, videos, and live interactions.
Foster meaningful
community engagement
, ensuring timely responses, positive interactions, and strong audience relationships.
Analyze platform performance and
leverage insights to refine content strategies and improve outcomes.
Drive
integration across social media, influencer marketing, content, and paid media
to ensure unified brand storytelling.
Introduce
cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and technologies
to enhance strategic and creative output.
Champion
innovation and experimentation
with new storytelling approaches, engagement techniques, and media formats.
Relevant Experience and skills-
8-10 years
of experience in social media strategy, planning, or leadership roles within digital-first agencies or leading consumer brands.
Strong
data analysis and interpretation skills
, with the ability to make informed, data-backed creative decisions.
Deep understanding of
digital ecosystems, content trends, audience segmentation, and short-form video strategy.
Excellent
strategic, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
Proven
leadership and people management experience
, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in
managing senior stakeholders and high-impact conversations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related discipline
preferred.
