We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven
Social Media Head
to lead our social media efforts across platforms. As the head of social media at our fast-growing company, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. You will play a critical role in positioning our brand as a thought leader in the education space.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.
Manage a team of content creators, Editors, Camera Man and social media executives.
Collaborate with performance marketing, content, SEO, PR, and design teams to create integrated campaigns.
Content Planning & Execution
Oversee the creation of platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms (Threads, Telegram, etc.).
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and design across all social media channels.
Growth & Engagement
Drive audience growth, engagement rates, and social reach through creative campaigns, UGC, contests, and live events (webinars, AMAs, etc.).
Monitor social listening tools to stay updated with trends and audience sentiment.
Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as engagement, follower growth, CTR, conversion, and ROI.
Use insights to iterate and optimize strategy on a regular basis.
Stay current with social media best practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media ; Experience in Education industry is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and an eye for design.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with paid and non paid social campaigns and ad optimization.
Familiarity with SEO principles and how they relate to content strategy.
Experience working with educational influencers or communities.
Video scripting or editing skills (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
