We are looking for a

creative and tech-savvy Social Media Handler/Executive

with

1 year of experience

to join our dynamic marketing team at

Shifttocloud

. As a Social Media Handler, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and promoting our technical SaaS products in an appealing and professional manner. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and effectively communicate our product value to the target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies for promoting SaaS and IT-based products. Plan, create, and schedule posts across

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube

. Write clear, engaging, and technically accurate

captions, blog snippets, and campaign content

. Design visually appealing

graphics, infographics, and short videos

using tools like

Canvas, Photoshop, or Filmora

. Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to maintain consistent brand messaging. Track analytics, measure engagement, and optimize content for better performance and reach. Monitor trends in the

IT and SaaS industry

and incorporate them into content strategies. Engage with followers, respond to comments and queries, and maintain a consistent brand tone. Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and brand growth.

Requirements:

Any Bachelor's degree

(Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field preferred).

1 year of hands-on experience

in

social media marketing or digital content creation

. Strong understanding of

social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement

techniques. Proficiency in

Canva

,

Photoshop

, and basic video editing tools like

Filmora

or similar. Excellent

content writing, copywriting, and communication

skills. Ability to translate

technical product features

into simple, engaging visuals and messages. Basic understanding of

analytics tools

(Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual consistency. Good teamwork, adaptability, and time management skills.

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
