We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a

Digital Marketing Optimizer cum Social Media Handler

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns while managing and growing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more. Perform keyword research, SEO analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms. Schedule, post, and manage content to ensure consistent online activity. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. Interact with followers and respond to comments/messages promptly. Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and ability to design simple visuals using tools like Canva. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
