Position Title: Social Media Handler Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, that align with the organization\'s brand voice and objectives. Scheduling and Publishing: Schedule and publish social media posts using management tools to ensure consistent and timely sharing of content across all platforms. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and actively engage with the audience by responding promptly and professionally. Customer Support: Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback received through social media channels, and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department. Moderation: Monitor user-generated content and comments to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand standards, and take appropriate action to address any violations or issues. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current trends, topics, and conversations on social media platforms, and leverage opportunities to join relevant discussions or capitalize on trending topics. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to align social media activities with overall business objectives and campaigns. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Freshers and Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
