Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and actively engage with the audience by responding promptly and professionally. Customer Support: Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback received through social media channels, and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department. Moderation: Monitor user-generated content and comments to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand standards, and take appropriate action to address any violations or issues. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current trends, topics, and conversations on social media platforms, and leverage opportunities to join relevant discussions or capitalize on trending topics. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to align social media activities with overall business objectives and campaigns. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Freshers and Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
