Job Description

The Social Media Handler is responsible for managing the company's social media presence across platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and support marketing and business goals.

Manage and maintain official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas Coordinate with the design, marketing, and sales teams for campaigns and promotions Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly social media reports Run and monitor paid social media ads (if required) Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across platforms Handle online reputation management and customer feedback Support product launches, events, and promotional activities through social media.
