We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Handler to manage our brand's voice and presence across all social media platforms, driving engagement, building community, and supporting marketing goals through creative content and strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop, write, and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and short videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc..
Strategy & Planning:
Create and manage content calendars, aligning with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
Community Management:
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, engaging with our audience and fostering a positive online community.
Performance Tracking:
Analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and report on performance to optimize future content.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral marketing techniques.
Collaboration:
Work with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and campaign execution.
Basic Design/Video:
Create simple graphics and edit short videos (e.g., using Canva, InShot).
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Executive, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
