Job Responsibilities

:

Manage and handle company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories). Plan monthly social media content calendars. Write captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies. Monitor comments, messages, and respond to audience queries. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare reports. Run and optimize paid promotions to generate leads and sales. Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns. Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates. Handle basic paid promotions and boosting posts (if required). Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms.

Skills Required

:

Knowledge of major social media platforms and trends. Basic understanding of digital marketing. Good communication and writing skills. Creativity and content planning ability. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

:

Experience in running paid ads. Basic video editing knowledge. Understanding of analytics and insights.
