to lead the distribution, visibility, and demand-generation engine for our SaaS product. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience growing executive and brand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Substack, and Instagram while also building full-funnel social strategies that drive leads, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
You will be responsible for crafting and executing a multi-channel content distribution system, building a repeatable GTM framework, and working closely with product + GTM teams to simplify and promote complex technical concepts.
#Key Responsibilities-
Social Media & Distribution-
Build and manage a multi-platform content engine to increase reach, authority, and inbound demand.
Develop high-impact content strategies for LinkedIn (primary), Twitter/X, Substack, and supporting visual channels like Instagram.
Create editorial calendars, content pipelines, and narrative arcs aligned with product launches and GTM milestones.
Optimize distribution through analytics-driven iteration, audience insights, and trend mapping.
Run weekly performance reviews and refine posting strategies for continuous growth.
GTM Strategy & Execution-
Develop the go-to-market plan for product releases, feature updates, and market positioning.
Map and execute full-funnel content strategies (Top, Mid, Bottom).
Collaborate with GTM, founders, and product teams to translate complex SaaS/AI concepts into compelling social stories.
Drive organic demand generation through thought leadership, social funnels, and storytelling.
Support community-building and nurture sequences across platforms (e.g., Substack workflows, LinkedIn cycles).
Lead Generation & Growth-
Build organic content systems that drive measurable inbound demos and signups.
Run experiments to identify the most effective channels for awareness and conversion.
Improve engagement, follower growth, and conversion pathways through strategic content planning.
#What We're Looking For-
3-6 years experience managing social media and GTM for SaaS, AI, B2B, or D2C brands.
Proven success driving
inbound leads organically
through LinkedIn and multi-platform content.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to run performance reviews and improve distribution efficiency.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and content-writing skills.
Ability to simplify technical topics into engaging, high-performing content.
Experience working with founders, GTM teams, or in fast-paced startup environments.
#Preferred Experience-
Growing brand/executive pages from scratch.
Managing 20+ clients or brands in a consulting capacity.
Increasing newsletter performance and content lifecycle improvement.
Experience in SaaS, AI, legal-tech, or similar technical domains.
