Job Description

Should plan, develop, manage and coordinate social media campaigns on different social media platforms as per company requirements.

Should create and curate relevant and engaging text, video, audio and visual content. Should post or automate the content posting when the brand's target customers are most active. Monitor campaign analytics and report the results.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Scheduling:

Develop and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). This may involve creating graphics, Vidoes, writing captions, and curating content from other sources.

Social Media Engagement:

Respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive brand image and building relationships with followers.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Content Strategy Support:

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies, including campaign planning, content calendars, and hashtag research.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the management to ensure a cohesive brand voice and messaging.

Community Management:

Monitor social media communities, identify and address issues, and foster a positive online environment.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong writing and communication skills:

Ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

Proficiency in social media platforms:

Experience managing and optimizing various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Basic graphic design skills:

Ability to create visually appealing content.

Analytical skills:

Ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Organizational and time management skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of social media analytics tools:

Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

Understanding of social media trends and best practices:

Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in social media marketing.
