The Social Media Expert will manage digital platforms and implement digital communication strategies to enhance outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars
Create and publish digital content across platforms
Monitor engagement, analytics, and performance metrics
Support digital campaigns and online outreach activities
Coordinate with the communications team for aligned messaging
Ensure timely updates and audience engagement
Support digital communication during emergency situations
Qualification & Experience
Education:
Graduate with Advanced Degree / PG Diploma in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related discipline
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in digital and social media communications
Language:
Excellent written and spoken English & Hindi
