Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.

Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).

Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platform.

Plan and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely posting and audience engagement.

Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, ROI).

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community interactions.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

2-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Expert.

Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.

Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, etc.).

Expertise in running paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.

Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) preferred.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategy.

Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
