Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create and curate engaging content in line with brand identity and marketing goals
Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community online
Manage social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
Track competitor activity and trends in the industry
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, tools, and best practices
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinker with attention to detail and time management skills
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
