Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all social media platforms.
Create and schedule content in coordination with design, HR, and business teams.
Respond to comments, queries, and messages across platforms and build engagement.
Analyze social metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Stay updated on trends and experiment with formats like reels, carousels, polls, and motion graphics.
What We're Looking For:
2-5 years of experience managing social channels for a B2B or tech-driven brand.
Proven ability to grow engagement and followers using platform-specific strategies.
Excellent written communication, design coordination, and campaign reporting skills.
Comfortable working with tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, or native platform managers.
