Social Media Executive with 3 to 4 yrs experience on Social media
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain the club's social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube / reels) to build brand awareness, engage existing members & attract prospective members.
Create compelling content (visuals + copy) that aligns with the club's identity--heritage architecture, sports facilities (golf course, tennis/badminton/squash courts, swimming pool), events, dining, wellness, member stories.
Manage content calendar: schedule posts, coordinate with internal teams (sports, events, F&B, membership) for upcoming tournaments, social events, member features, coaching clinics.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, member / prospect enquiries via social channels; nurture community and maintain brand voice / tone.
Analyse social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions) and report monthly; use insights to optimise content and campaigns.
Collaborate with photographer / videographer (in-house or outsourced) to capture high-quality visuals/short videos of club life, events, facilities.
Work on special campaigns: new offerings (gym, spa, game events, guest-events), membership drives (if any), tie-ups, referral programmes.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends (platform features, formats, influencer/UGC opportunities) especially relevant to luxury clubs, lifestyle & sports.
Ensure brand consistency: adhere to club guidelines for messaging, imagery, tone; maintain content archive and asset library.
Occasionally support other marketing deliverables: email newsletters, website updates, offline promotional materials.
Any other responsibilities assign by the CEO & Secretary.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass-Media or equivalent.
1-3 years of proven experience managing social media (ideally for lifestyle / hospitality / sports brand / premium club).
Strong written & verbal communication skills in English (preferably also Marathi/Hindi).
Good creative sense for visuals, photography, short-form video (Reels, Shorts) and copywriting.
Proficiency in social media tools: scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), analytics dashboards, basic image/video editing (Canva, Premiere Rush, etc.).
Strong organisational skills: managing calendar, coordinating across departments, meeting deadlines.
Analytical mindset: ability to interpret metrics and translate into actionable improvements.
Good interpersonal skills: comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders (sports coaches, F&B, membership, events) and possibly external agencies.
Passion for sports, lifestyle, and the club culture is a plus.
Desirable / Nice-to-have
Experience with paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram promotions).
Photography / videography skills (shooting & editing short content).
Understanding of luxury/premium branding and member-based club environment.
Knowledge of analytics and setting KPIs for social (e.g., Birthday Celebration, enquiry conversion, platform growth).
Increase in follower base on key platforms (e.g., +X% per quarter).
Event Celebration rate improvement (likes/comments/shares per post).
Growth in enquiries via social channels (membership, event bookings) attributed to social content.
Content calendar adherence: % of posts published vs planned.
Member sentiment / feedback: positive mentions, UGC (user-generated content) by members.
ROI (Return on Investment) on campaigns: cost-per-enquiry or cost-per-conversion for promotional posts.
