We're looking for a proactive and curious communications professional to manage internal and external communications. You'll ensure smooth messaging across teams, coordinate campaigns, and act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and digital platforms. You don't need to know everything--what matters most is your curiosity, hunger to learn, and ability to take ownership.
What you'll do:
Lead internal communications for our agency and parent company.
Plan, coordinate, and strategise content across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Align internal teams with external campaigns and client expectations.
Track engagement, gather insights, and suggest improvements.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flow.
What we're looking for:
1+ year in communications, content strategy, or social media.
Awareness of multiple digital platforms and eagerness to learn new ones.
Strong writing, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to liaise across teams and clients effectively.
Curiosity, hunger, and an ownership mindset are more important than knowing it all.
