Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will manage content creation, social media growth, branding, and digital communication for Udbhava Avinya Bharat LLP.
A strong focus will be on

2D video creation

, reels, motion graphics, storytelling, and visual content that represents our innovation, education, and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging

2D animated videos, reels, promotional clips, and motion graphics

. Manage daily social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for short videos. Design posts, graphics, and visual content consistent with the brand identity. Plan and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers. Analyse trends, competitor content, and viral formats to adapt strategies. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for campaigns, collaborations, and events. Track performance through analytics and prepare monthly reports.

Skills Required

Proficiency in

2D animation and video tools

(After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar). Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities. Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies. Basic graphic design skills for posts and creatives. Ability to edit reels, short videos, explainers, and motion graphics content. Good communication and time-management skills.

Cumulative Salary Model:
