Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with

deep knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing

, along with hands-on experience in managing social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow brand presence on WhatsApp using

WhatsApp Business API

, broadcast lists, automation tools, and chat flows. Create and execute WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, product launches, lead nurturing, and customer retention. Build WhatsApp funnels using tools like

WATI, Zoko, Interakt, Twilio, AiSensy

, etc. Plan and create social media content calendars across platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube). Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos, captions). Monitor daily metrics, analyze engagement, and optimize performance. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for campaign execution. Respond to comments, inquiries, and manage online reputation. Stay updated on social media trends, competitor analysis, and new platform features.

Required Skills

Deep understanding of

WhatsApp marketing strategies

, automation, flows, templates, and analytics. Strong command of social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Good content writing & communication skills. Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creative thinking and trend awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with WhatsApp automation CRM tools. Basic knowledge of Canva or creative tools. Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, education, or service industries preferred.
