Key Responsibilities
1. Content Management
Plan and schedule posts (text, image, video, reels, shorts)
Adapt one content idea across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X)
Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs
Ensure content matches brand tone and policy
2. Platform Handling
Manage accounts on: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (community + shorts support), X (Twitter)
Understand platform algorithms (reach, watch time, engagement)
3. Engagement & Community Management
Reply to comments, DMs, and mentions
Handle negative comments calmly and strategically
Escalate sensitive issues to senior editors/managers
Encourage discussion without violating platform rules
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance:
Reach
Engagement rate
Views
Follower growth
Prepare weekly/monthly reports
Suggest improvements based on data
5. Trend & News Monitoring
Track: Trending hashtags, Viral formats, Competitor content
Suggest quick-turn posts on breaking news or trends
6. Coordination Role
Work with: Video editors / Graphic designers / Content writers
Ensure timely publishing and corrections
Maintain content calendar
7. Brand Safety & Compliance
Follow platform rules and community guidelines
Avoid copyright violations
Prevent misinformation and policy breaches
Maintain political, legal, and ethical caution where required
8. Skills Required
Social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Basic image/video understanding
Analytics tools (native insights, Google Analytics - basic)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
