Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients and management of social media executives.

? Align social media initiatives with clients' overall marketing goals and KPIs.

? Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

? Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content tailored to various social media platforms (FB, IG, Thread, YT, LI, Snapchat)

? Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.

? Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.

? Foster and grow online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner (Online Reputation Management)

? Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and relevant conversations (Social Listening).

? Implement strategies to increase follower engagement and loyalty.

? Utilize social media analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

? Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and ROI.

? Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media specialists.

? Serve as the primary point of contact for social media clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

? Good presentation skill for presenting social media strategies and performance reports to clients.

Qualifications:

? Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Robust organisational, team management and multitasking skills

? Ability to craft engaging content

? Nuanced understanding of the latest social media trends

? Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns
