Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Develop organic growth strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Write engaging captions, post copies, and campaign ideas.
Collaborate with designers/video editors to deliver creative assets.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
Track performance, analyse insights, and prepare monthly reports.
Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, and audience interactions).
Requirements:
1 - 2 years of proven experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content best practices.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to ideate campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.
