? MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications is mandatory.
? 5-6 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably in a managerial role).
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, content strategy, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
? Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
? Creative thinker with the ability to convert ideas into effective marketing strategies.
? Experience in managing multiple campaigns and handling external agencies.
? Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
? Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
? Plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and brand promotions.
? Identify target audiences and develop content tailored to each platform.
? Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing campaigns.
Content Management & Creativity
? Oversee content creation, copywriting, and visual design in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
? Approve creative briefs, campaign plans, and final outputs ensuring brand tone and quality standards are met.
? Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging tools to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Team & Agency Coordination
? Manage and coordinate with external digital marketing agencies, influencers, and creative partners.
? Lead and mentor the in-house social media and creative team.
? Monitor the performance of agency deliverables and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
? Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media campaigns.
? Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
? Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI on campaigns
