Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter). Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience interaction Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns Stay updated on digital trends and platform algorithm changes Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging Manage paid social media campaigns (optional but preferred)

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices Excellent writing and communication skills Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and think strategically

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience managing paid ad campaigns Basic graphic design or video editing skills Portfolio of past social media work or successful campaigns
