Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, especially reels and short-form videos, and have a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and brand building.

vlogging & mobile video editing apps

(Reels, Shorts style) Strong skills in video creation and editing (Reels, Shorts content).

Fluent in Bengali, English & Hindi

Creative mindset with consistency in content creation Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.). Knowledge of influencer collaboration and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot & appear in engaging education, vlog & brand content Videos Editing Skills Brainstorm creative ideas for daily/weekly content Work closely with the creative team to grow our digital presence Develop and execute a social media content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Create, edit, and publish high-quality reels, videos, stories, and posts. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy to maximize reach and engagement. Manage daily posting schedules, ensuring consistency and timeliness. Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the community.
