Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and performance analytics to help grow our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage community engagement. Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to create campaigns and promotions. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools. Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to optimize content and strategy. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets. Ensure brand voice, style, and guidelines are consistent across all channels. Experience in taking photography, videography and making reels. Must have a knowledge in graphic designer.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of different social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
