Job Description

Kofuku is looking for a digitally native, socially fluent person to help us stay active (and relevant) across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and X. You'll be the one making sure our posts go out on time, keeping tabs on what's trending, and helping us show up in the right way, in the right places.

What You'll Do:

- Schedule and publish content across platforms

- Research trending topics, formats, memes, and conversations

- Keep a pulse on what's working (and what's not) across each platform

- Maintain platform hygiene (captions, thumbnails, etc.)

- Collaborate with the creative and community teams

You Should Have:

- 0-2 years of experience in social media (internships or freelance count!)

- A solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and X

- Strong communication skills -- you're clear, organized, and responsive

- Awareness of meme culture, viral trends, and what Gen Z is up to online

- A knack for being online without losing your mind

This role is not for someone looking to 'ideate campaigns' or 'run ads' -- it's more execution, consistency, and keeping the backend of our content running smoothly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 per month
