We are looking for a
Social Media Executive with strong video creation and editing skills
to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-aware, and capable of turning everyday moments into engaging short-form content.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
Manage reels, stories, posts, and short-form videos
Monitor engagement, respond to comments & messages professionally
CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
Add music, transitions, captions, and effects aligned with brand identity
Stay updated with
reel trends, hooks, formats, and algorithms
Content & Branding
Collaborate with the marketing & design team for campaigns, launches, and CSR activities
Maintain
brand tone, visual consistency, and storytelling quality
Support content for events, office culture, product showcases & testimonials
Analytics & Growth
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
Suggest content improvements based on insights and trends
Help grow followers organically through creative content
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in social media handling & video content creation
Strong understanding of
Instagram Reels & short-form video trends
Hands-on experience with
video shooting & editing
Basic knowledge of
Canva / Photoshop
is a plus
Good communication & storytelling skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience handling
corporate / brand social media accounts
Knowledge of
content calendars & campaign planning
Understanding of
hashtags, captions, and posting strategies
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
