Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive who can manage, create, and optimize content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google My Business, etc.) to build awareness, engagement, and patient trust for India IVF. Key Responsibilities ? Plan and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google My Business. ? Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Patient Testimonials, Doctor Talks, Behind-the-Scenes, etc.). ? Handle end-to-end video production. ? Use editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Final Cut) to create polished, emotionally engaging content. ? Write captions, hooks, and hashtags that connect with fertility-focused audiences. ? Coordinate with the marketing and design team for festive offers. ? Respond to DMs, comments, and queries -- maintain community warmth and engagement. ? Track and report analytics (views, engagement, follower growth, CTR) weekly. ? Collaborate with doctors and patients during shoots with professionalism and empathy. Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. ? 1-3 years of experience managing social media for healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands. ? Strong command of written English & Hindi. ? Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, and Google My Business. ? Creative mindset with attention to detail, deadlines, and brand tonality. ? Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is a plus. What We Offer ?
