Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our interior design and beautification services in the hospitality sector.
Create high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, blogs, reels, and posts) that align with the brand's vision and aesthetics.
Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to showcase completed and ongoing projects.
Plan and implement social media campaigns, including paid promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and queries, and build relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
Monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and generate monthly reports with insights for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
Coordinate with the sales and business development team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other content creation software.
Experience in video editing and reel creation is a plus.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
