Social Media Operator
who has a strong understanding of content creation, scripting, and basic video editing. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting brand growth through innovative digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create content ideas, captions, and scripts for reels, shorts, and posts.
Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and branding goals.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and optimize content performance.
Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Experience or basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).
Ability to write simple and engaging scripts for videos and reels.
Creative mindset with good storytelling skills.
Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva preferred).
Good communication and time management skills.
