Job Summary:



We are seeking a talented Social Media Executive/Sr. Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives for our clients.

Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mass Communications. Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:



1.Strategy Development:



Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and target audiences. Develop and implement creative social media strategies to achieve client objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refine strategies.

2.Content Creation:



Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with client branding and messaging.

3.Community Engagement:



Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, comments, and mentions. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions to build brand loyalty. Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and increase audience participation.

4.Analytics and Reporting:



Track and analyse key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Use data insights to optimize strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

5.Internal Communication:



Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of social media strategies.
