Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients.
Understand client goals and create monthly content strategies aligned with their brand voice.
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior.
2. Content Planning & Coordination
Plan monthly content calendars.
Work closely with the graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely delivery of posts.
Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.
3. Account Management
Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts for clients.
Upload and schedule posts with proper hashtags, captions, and creatives.
Ensure all accounts are updated, optimized, and performing well.
4. Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms.
Maintain a strong online presence and build community engagement.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track insights, analytics, and KPIs for each client.
Share weekly and monthly performance reports.
Recommend improvements and optimizations based on performance data.
6. Coordination & Communication
Communicate with clients for approvals, updates, and deadlines.
Maintain proper documentation of access, logins, and processes.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Creative thinking and a strong understanding of current social trends.
Basic understanding of Canva, content briefs, and Meta Business Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with design and video teams.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
