Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Assistant Executive to support our digital marketing team in managing and growing our social media presence. The candidate will assist in content creation, posting, engagement, and performance tracking across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and stories as per content calendar

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner

Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creatives and campaigns

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities

Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms

Track basic social media metrics (reach, engagement, followers)

Assist in running paid promotions (if required)

Support promotional campaigns, events, and product launches

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools

Good written communication skills (English/Hindi)

Basic understanding of Canva or similar design tools

Creativity and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

Experience in content creation (posts, reels, captions)

Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics - basic)

Interest in digital marketing and branding
