Social Media Manager
to handle our brand's online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should understand content strategies, audience psychology, platform algorithms, and growth marketing. You will lead social media planning, content execution, campaigns, and collaborations to build brand awareness, engagement & conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning & Strategy
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, trends & brand messaging.
Create platform-wise content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & others.
Research industry trends, competitor activities & audience preferences.
Run content experiments for better reach, engagement & growth.
Social Media Execution
Manage daily posting, stories, reels, carousels & platform updates.
Guide designers, editors & writers to ensure quality content output.
Ensure brand consistency across visuals, tone and messaging.
Plan and execute live sessions, community activities & interactive formats.
Growth & Analytics
Track analytics weekly/monthly to measure reach, engagement, followers & conversions.
Optimize content strategy based on insights & algorithm changes.
Work on organic growth strategies & collaborate with influencers/creators.
Campaigns & Communication
Plan campaigns for festivals, launches, events & collaborations.
Manage influencer tie-ups, outreach and negotiations.
Handle comments, DMs and maintain healthy audience interaction.
Coordinate with marketing, production & creative teams for smooth workflow.
