Timing: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social channels, analyzing performance, and supporting the brand's digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for brand visibility and engagement.

Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) tailored to each platform.

Manage and maintain company profiles across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to generate fresh ideas.

Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative assets.

Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports.

Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.

Assist in running paid social campaigns and boosting posts when needed.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms and content trends.

Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).

Ability to write engaging captions and content.

Good communication and creativity skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing industry.

Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

Ability to think creatively and deliver unique content ideas.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
