Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Social Media Executive
to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate must have
at least 1 year of experience
in social media management, strong knowledge of posting and scheduling tools, and the ability to plan effective social media strategies that align with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Schedule posts using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar platforms.
Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to optimize content performance.
Coordinate with the design team to develop creative graphics, videos, and reels.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Ensure brand consistency and maintain high-quality standards across all platforms.
Assist in brainstorming campaign ideas, promotions, and content themes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in social media management.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, content types, and best practices.
Experience with scheduling and content management tools.
Strong communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to plan and execute social media strategies.
Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design.
Experience with running basic social media ads (optional but added advantage).
Understanding of influencer marketing or collaboration strategies.
