Develop, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create and edit graphics, videos, and short-form content aligned with brand identity.
Write compelling captions, taglines, and social media copy.
Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts consistently.
Social Media Strategy
Support the execution of social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry best practices to enhance content performance.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns that align with brand objectives.
Community Engagement
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and customers.
Manage social listening to track brand sentiment and emerging conversations.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track social media KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize performance.
Campaign & Collaboration
Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
Coordinate with design, marketing, and external agencies for campaign deliverables.
Support influencer marketing activities, including outreach and coordination.
Qualifications Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory if highly skilled).
Experience
3-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Experience working with social platforms, scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite), and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms.
Creative mindset with excellent visual and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or editing is a plus.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
