We are looking for a skilled and dynamic
Senior Digital Marketer
to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling digital marketing strategies, content creation, content writing, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects.
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).
Create, plan, and execute engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Develop high-quality written content, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and marketing copy.
Analyze digital marketing performance and generate insightful reports to measure success and identify areas of improvement.
Manage social media presence, create content calendars, and drive engagement across various platforms.
Oversee paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content, visuals, and written materials.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Maintain strong client communication and handle client feedback efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
Excellent content creation and content writing skills, with a strong portfolio of published content.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
