Role Overview:



We are looking for a

Social Media Manager

who can take

end-to-end ownership

of our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate will

plan, manage, and execute

brand-specific social media strategies to drive engagement, growth, and brand visibility across platforms.

Core Responsibility



Plan, manage, and execute brand-specific social media strategies with full ownership from content planning to performance reporting, to drive engagement and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Social Media Management

Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives. Take full responsibility for maintaining a consistent and on-brand presence across all active platforms. Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior to refine strategy and suggest improvements.

Content Planning & Calendar Management

Create

monthly content calendars

aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and key events. Define content themes, formats, and posting schedules to maximize reach and engagement. Ensure all content is planned in advance and deadlines are met.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with

designers and writers

to brief and develop creatives, captions, and copies. Coordinate the content production workflow to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns. Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging priorities.

Execution & Community Management

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms using relevant tools. Monitor engagement (comments, DMs, shares, mentions) and ensure timely and appropriate responses. Identify and escalate important feedback, issues, or queries to the relevant internal stakeholders.

Reporting & Performance Ownership

Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks. Prepare

weekly and monthly performance reports

with clear insights and learnings. Take ownership of suggesting data-backed improvements for content, timing, and formats.

Requirements



Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience

managing social media for a brand, agency, or client
(internship, freelance, or full-time experience is acceptable).

Strong understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Ability to

manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders

with ownership and accountability. Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. Good communication skills and ability to write or refine basic captions/copies. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and proactive problem-solving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
