Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location:

Experience Required: 1-3 years (Hospitality / F&B / Retail industry preferred)

Reporting To: Marketing / Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored for each platform.

Social Media Handling

: Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all social media channels.

Analytics & Reporting

: Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Ideation & Research

: Identify trends, research competitors, and brainstorm creative campaigns to boost visibility.

Brand Development

: Strengthen the brand's digital presence while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Influencer Collaboration:

Identify, approach, and collaborate with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution.

Handle customer interactions and feedback on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms

Creative thinking with good storytelling ability.

Basic knowledge of design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro preferred).

Analytical mindset with experience in social media insights & reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.

Certification in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
