Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Conduct audience research and create targeted ad sets for better conversions. Develop creative briefs and collaborate with the design/content team for ad creatives. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools. A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies for performance improvement. Stay updated with Meta's advertising policies, new features, and industry trends. Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spends.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2 years of hands-on experience

in managing Meta ad campaigns. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics. Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking. Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,966.80 - ₹25,691.78 per month
