Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos.
Monitor daily social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
Creativity with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
