Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative social media executive who has worked in a digital marketing agency and has proven experience in managing social media channels.

The candidate must be able to develop compelling and impactful ideas and convert them into catchy headlines and posts for social media channels. The candidate must be able to create interesting and meaningful strategies to drive higher engagement rate for brands on social media.

We're looking for someone who is driven, passionate and can take ownership of their work.

Role and Responsibilities

1) Plan content marketing campaigns on social media keeping client requirements in mind.

2) Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

3) Create budgets for paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.

4) Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).

5) Engage in conversations and build relevant community with influencers and blogger for outreach programs as and when required.

6) Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule

7) Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).

8) Ensuring content is consistent in terms of a brand's style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for good user experience.

9) Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with internal team and clients for new and creative ideas.

10) Follow industry-related news and popular content platforms such as Youtube, Buzzfeed, Linkedin etc. to generate good ideas.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
