We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and growing online communities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and handle social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create and schedule engaging content including graphics, captions, and short videos. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to improve performance. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build community engagement. Collaborate with the design and content team for campaigns and promotions. Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights. Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role. Solid knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe tools preferred). Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative content ideas. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
