TradeFlock, is a distinguished business magazine spotlighting leadership journeys,

industry innovations, and corporate insights. We are looking for a passionate and result-

oriented Social Media Manager who can lead our digital engagement and elevate the

brand's presence across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn,
Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and
graphics) aligned with the brand voice and campaign objectives.

Manage organic growth strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement,
and community development.

Lead and monitor paid social media campaigns for audience targeting, lead generation,
and brand awareness.

Collaborate with design, editorial, and marketing teams for integrated campaign
execution.

Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics (SEO, web traffic, engagement rates)
using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.

Deliver weekly and monthly reports with data-driven insights and optimization
strategies.

Manage community interactions--respond to queries, engage with followers, and
encourage meaningful conversations.

Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep
content and strategy relevant.

Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual design, and messaging across all digital



channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related
field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital
marketing company or agency.

Proven track record of managing 20+ domestic and 10+ international clients across
diverse industries.

Hands-on experience with organic marketing, paid ad campaigns, and content planning. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer,
Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

Strong command of written and spoken English; ability to write compelling and clear
copy.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling abilities. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
