Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented

Social Media Executive

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing content across all social media platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, reels, stories, captions, etc.) across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Schedule posts using social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and engaging manner. Collaborate with the design and content team to create campaign visuals and marketing material. Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools to optimize content strategy. Run social media ads (basic knowledge of Meta Ads preferred). Support influencer and partnership campaigns. Assist in brainstorming creative ideas and executing social media campaigns around important dates, events, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media management (internship experience can also be considered). Strong understanding of various social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic graphic designing knowledge (Canva/Photoshop is a plus). Ability to think creatively and deliver engaging content. Knowledge of social media metrics and reporting. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with paid promotions and Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with content management and scheduling tools. Knowledge of basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, InShot). Prior experience in education, e-commerce, or startup environment is a plus.
