Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Noida Sector 62 (WFO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation, management, and optimization of social media content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, relevant tools, and best practices, combined with the enthusiasm to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and updating content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Collaborate with the content team to design engaging and relevant social media posts, images, and videos. Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner. Help in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media reporting tools. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

No prior experience required, but a strong interest and passion for social media marketing is a must. Ability to express ideas clearly, both written and verbally. A creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content for diverse social media platforms. Understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), their features, and their best practices. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools to create visuals for posts.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
