Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels) aligned with brand voice
Grow and engage our audience through daily posting, story updates, and community management
Monitor social trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Manage paid social ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
Collaborate with design and content teams for visual assets and campaigns
Track KPIs and report on performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)

Requirements
Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Strong understanding of all major social platforms and best practices
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
Ability to write compelling, creative, and on-brand copy
Bonus: Experience with running ad campaigns, influencer marketing, or viral marketing
