Social Media Executive

In this role, you will assist in managing clients' social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing campaigns that drive results. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' brand presence, building online communities, and optimizing performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Content Creation & Scheduling

Create and schedule engaging social media posts, stories, and videos for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Ensure content aligns with each client's brand voice and objectives.

Social Media Management


Manage day-to-day social media activities for assigned client accounts, including publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions.

Campaign Execution


Support in the planning and execution of social media campaigns. Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure timely implementation of campaigns that align with clients' marketing strategies.Monitor and report on social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform insights. Track KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, and traffic, providing clients with monthly performance summaries and insights.Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations to build rapport and loyalty.Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, best practices, and potential opportunities for clients. Stay updated on emerging social media trends and tools.Work closely with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other creative assets that resonate with target audiences.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, update them on campaign progress, and incorporate feedback into social media strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices. Proficiency in social media management tools. Basic understanding of social media advertising and content promotion strategies. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and on-brand content. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) or video editing software. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting platforms. Previous experience managing multiple client accounts or working in a digital marketing agency.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
