Plan and develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
Create and manage engaging content (videos, photos, text posts, reels).
Post regularly across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Engaging with Customers on Different Channels: Responding to comments, messages, inquiries from followers and manage google my business.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
Coordinate with clients: plan strategies, share calendars, reports, and meeting MOMs.
Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for seamless execution.
Audit accounts weekly/monthly and set processes for smooth workflows.
Support team growth through upskilling and a positive work environment.
Take initiative in the absence of team members and follow up with clients when needed.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of major platforms & best practices
Basic video/photo editing and content creation skills
Excellent communication, coordination, and strategy planning
Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
